What is your online shipping cost?
Orders over $200 receive free shipping; Orders under $200 will be determined by weight, size and distance for UPS ground and 2nd-day air overnight will be determined by weight, size, and distance; Shipping for ONLY Skin Script products is $7, if combined with other items then the price varies with weight, size, and distance.
How can I sign up for a training class?
Visit our “Classes” tab on our website to register online, call us directly, or register in person for upcoming classes.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we have no order minimums. Purchase as much or as little as you need.
How will I know my order has shipped?
Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1 to 2 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number for your shipment. Orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days. Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.
Do you have a cut-off time for shipments?
The cut-off time for orders is 2 pm daily. Orders received after 2 pm will be processed the following day. Orders placed before 2 pm on holidays will be processed after the holiday.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we currently only ship within the United States.
Can I place an order ahead of time?
Yes, you can place store pick-up orders online, via email, or over the phone. Please allow us 30 to 45 minutes to process your order before pick-up. However, an email will be sent advising you when your order is ready for pickup. Please see our office hours of operation for pickup.
Can a friend pick up my supplies for me?
Yes, with your approval, a friend can pick up your order, but they can’t shop for you.
What is the shelf life of skin script enzymes?
Do you offer drop ship orders?
No, we currently do not offer drop shipping. Orders ship directly to the licensed professional who placed the order.
My tracking number says it was delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?
Wait up to 10 business days, as sometimes carriers mark packages early. If not received, call your local Post Office or UPS first, as they can give the most accurate location of the package once it has left our store. If you have not received the package within 10 business days, please give us a call at 480-677-2400

Can I purchase without a license?
Unfortunately, we only sell to licensed professionals or actively enrolled beauty students.
Can I purchase products if I am a Nurse?
Yes, nurses can purchase with a nursing license and a skincare services menu. Note: Waxing and eyelash products are restricted; only skincare and medical-grade items are available.
