Aesthetics Supplies By Bertha Return Policy

If a customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from Aesthetics Supplies by Bertha, it is returnable for a store credit or for another product. The item must be in its original packaging and is subject to inspection to verify it is new and unused. Return must be made within 15 days of receipt purchase. Used merchandise will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Will be accepted within 15 days of purchase and can be returned for a refund or used as a store credit toward another item or product. Returned merchandise should include the same packaging and be in the same condition, as when it was purchased. Products and items will be subject to inspection. The customer will be responsible for postage or delivery charges of the returned product.

GLUE AND TWEEZER RETURN POLICY

Returns of unused, unopened, or defective merchandise will be accepted within 7 days of purchase. Returned merchandise should include the same packaging and be in the same condition as when it was purchased. Unused merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective. Once glue has been opened and used it can not be returned.

Skin Script, BiON, & Dr. Schwab Skin Care Return Policy

At Aesthetics Supplies by Bertha, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our curated selection of skincare products. Please review our comprehensive return policy applicable to Skin Script, Bion, and Dr. Schwab items: Must advise Aesthetics Supplies by Bertha of any dissatisfaction of a product within 21 days of original purchase. Product can be returned for a store credit or exchange of another product. Returned products must be at least 60% full. Damaged or defective products as a result of shipping or manufacturing must be returned within 21 days to receive a full refund. The customer will be responsible for postage or delivery charges for the returned product.

Please note: We do not accept returns on Seasonal Enzymes and Masks as these items are final sale.
